Welcome to the Bally’s Interactive Careers Website. When you apply for a job on the Careers Website, the personal data contained in your application will be collected by our company Gamesys Limited, located at 70 Berners Street, London, W1J 0DD. Gamesys Limited is part of a larger group of companies headed by Bally’s Corporation (“we”, “us”, “Gamesys”, “our group”).
We are registered on the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) data protection register under number Z8239148. Gamesys Limited is the data controller in respect of your personal data as it relates to your use of the Careers Website and its data protection officer can be contacted at dpo@gamesys.co.uk. This privacy notice (“Notice”) sets how we collect, use, and look after your personal data when you access this site and informs you about your privacy rights.
We respect your privacy and are committed to the protection of your personal data when you use our Careers Website and submit your candidate application to us. We are committed to processing your personal data responsibly and in compliance with data protection laws where operate our Careers Website. In this respect, we have invested into our data protection practices and you can read more information about our data protection commitment in our Privacy Mission Statement.

3. What personal data do we collect about you?
3.1. Information you directly provide to us. When you apply for a role on our Careers Website, we offer you the choice to apply through our online application form or via LinkedIn.
We use an application tracking suite (“ATS”) solution called UKG Inc. to provide our online application form. The use of this service will involve a transfer of your personal data to the United States in line with the safeguards detailed in section 9 below. When you apply via our online application form, we will collect the following information:

If you chose to apply via LinkedIn Inc., Reed or similar job boards you will be required to sign into your LinkedIn profile, Reed or similar job board profile with your personal credentials and your personal data will be collected by LinkedIn, Reed or similar job boards who are third-party service providers to us. LinkedIn, Reed or similar job boards may be acting as a data controller in their own right and we recommend you read their privacy notices to understand their data practices. Information about your LinkedIn profile, Reed or similar job board profile may also be collected by us in connection with your application.
Once your application is processed and in respect of our recruitment process, we may ask you to provide the following information: right to work, identity documentation, and references.
We may also indirectly collect links to your personal profiles available in the public domain if you choose to provide such information to us as part of your application, for example a piece of work you have authored and published online which contains a link to your profile.
We may indirectly receive limited special categories of personal data such as your gender identity, racial or ethnic origin if you choose to include such information in your CV, and discernible and undiscernible impairments and disabilities brought to our attention for the purpose of assisting you with an interview.
You may be invited to attend interviews meetings by phone or video conference systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams), we do not record your voice or image for the purpose of these interviews.
3.2 Information we collect through your device. We collect the following information from your device when you connect to our Careers Website: information about your device’s hardware and software, use of the Website, traffic information, IP address, time of access, date of access, web page(s) visited, language(s) used, software crash reports, device information including the unique device identifier.
3.3 Information we collect through cookies. We collect information using cookies to protect our Careers Website, offer you a personalised experience with us, and improve our Website. 3.4 Information we collect from third parties. Before we make an offer of employment, we may also collect results of pre-employment screening checks for certain roles in certain jurisdictions based on the obligations conferred upon us by applicable legislations and regulations.
3.5 Information we collect from publicly available sources. We collect information about you through publicly available recourses with professional relevance. We use the following public sources: job boards that you have registered your details on. Online curriculum vitae libraries, by reference or word of mouth (for example you may be recommended by a friend, a former employer, a former colleague or even a prevent employer or we may get a reference from your previous employer, or a named referee included on your curriculum vitae].
4. How and why we use your personal data?
We use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- so that we can process your job application made via our Careers Website and manage our recruitment process by engaging with interested candidates. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the recruitment related activities of Bally’s Corporation, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, pre-employment screening, evaluating, and assessing the results accordingly, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes.
- provide you information about other job vacancies.
- maintain our business relationship where you are a user of our Careers Website.
- analyse visitor trends and traffic on our Careers Website – this information does not identify you individually – and ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device to provide good candidate experience (see section 3.2 and 3.3 above).

- to carry out satisfaction surveys.
- to comply with our legal obligations and rights, under contracts and at law, and to cooperate with authorities and investigations as required.
5. What legal basis do we have for using your information?
We will only use your Personal Data as permitted by law. Most commonly, we will use your Personal Data in the following circumstances:
- To perform the contract, we are about to enter into or have entered into with you
- For our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), provided that your interests and fundamental rights do not override those legitimate interests
- Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation
- Where you have consented to our use of your personal data
6. How long do we keep your personal data for?
Your personal data will be retained by us for 12 months from the date the process for your most recent application closes.
We may share your information with the following categories of third parties, who may be controllers or processors in respect of your Personal Data, for the purposes explained in section 4 above:
7.1 Sharing your personal data within our group. Your Personal Data will be disclosed to companies within our group in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the terms of this Notice for the purposes set out in section 4 above.
7.2 Sharing your personal data with our service providers, for example, agencies which carry out pre-employment checks on our behalf.
7.3 Sharing your personal data with UKG Inc.
Our online application form is provided by UKG Inc., this means your personal data will be shared with and stored on UKG Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America (“US”) and engaged by us to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on behalf of Bally’s Corporation. This third party is acting as a data processor to us and under our instructions. Accordingly, if you are located outside the US, your personal data will be transferred to the US once you submit it through this Careers Website. We have implemented appropriate safeguard with our service provider in connection with the transfer of your personal data when you submit your job application via our Careers Website. Access to your personal data is limited to specific permissions within UKG Inc. If you do not wish to submit your personal data through this Careers Website, you may email your interest in open roles to careers@ballysinteractive.com. Please note that there is no guarantee that you will receive a response from Gamesys Limited whether you email or use this Site.
8. How do we keep your personal data safe?
We have appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. Where appropriate, we employ encryption, and anonymisation solutions to reduce the impact that security incident may have to your personal data. Although, the nature of the internet means that transmission of information may not be totally secured, we have deployed encryption of data in transit to protect the transmission of your Personal Data when you use our Careers Website.
In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Managing security incidents relating to Personal Data: We have procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. 9. Where we transfer your personal data
We primarily store and process your personal data within the UK and European Economic Area (“EEA”). However, in the following cases we can transfer your Personal Data outside the UK and/or EEA or between the UK and EEA:
- If we have a legal or regulatory reason to do so.
- If we use third parties service providers located outside of the UK and/or EEA (as highlighted above); or
- If you have consented to this transfer.
Third party service providers. To operate our Careers Website, we may use third party service providers which are based outside the UK and/or the EEA, so their processing of your personal data will involve an international data transfer. Whenever we transfer your personal data to a service provider outside of the UK and/or EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
- We will only transfer your personal data to countries where this is permitted by an adequacy ruling by the relevant regulator(s).
- We may contract with the service provider on terms that are approved by the relevant regulator(s) to aim to give Personal Data the same protection it has in Europe and/or UK as relevant.

10. Your rights
The law gives you legal rights in respect of the personal data we hold about you. You can exercise your legal rights for free except where this Notice states otherwise. We may need to request specific Personal Data from you from time to time to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month of receipt. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

If your job application with us is successful and your start your employment with our Bally’s Corporation company, your personal information collected in the process of the recruitment or hiring will be transferred and processed as per our internal Bally’s Corporation employee privacy policy. We will retain the categories information collected under the terms of this Notice
If your job application with us is not successful, subject to applicable local laws, we will retain a copy of your personal information beyond the end of the recruitment or hiring process for the purposes of contacting you for future vacancies, to comply with our statutory data retention requirements and for potential use in connection with a claim or in defence in legal proceedings.
If you are not successful in your application, your personal information (for example, CV) will be retained by us for 6 months from the date the process for your most recent application closes.

We will only share your personal information where lawful to do so and for legitimate reasons. We have implemented policies across our organisation to ensure that where your personal information Is shared with our staff within our group and any third party engage with us, those are bound to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
