Our bustling hub in the Midlands...
Not to get too technical on you, but what we call our Stoke office is actually located in Newcastle-under-Lyme. It’s only a short hop down the road from Stoke so we promise you won’t get lost.
Sometimes known as the Potteries, Stoke is well-known for its earthenware exports, including world class brands like Royal Doulton and Wedgwood. The town is also home to the New Vic Theatre, as well an assortment of museums, restaurants, and shops to keep the locals entertained. For the thrill seekers, Alton Towers theme park is right on the doorstep, whilst beautiful country parks are easily accessible for a breath of fresh air.
Our Stoke office is open just about 24/7, hosting around 250 employees who deal with a variety of areas within the business and enjoy convenient on-site parking. Teams specialising in Customer Support, Customer Due Diligence, and Responsible Gambling call the Stoke office their home away from home, along with the bright minds and smiling faces behind our innovative Live Chat programming.
The Stoke crew like to practice our philosophy of fun by playing office bingo – prizes included, naturally!

I joined the company at 45 years old and it was the first time in my life that a company had the PERFECT culture for me. The ideal environment is one where everyone feels included, respected and safe. That type of environment creates fertile ground for amazing relationships and even friendships to grow. It’s the first time in my life that I truly feel I’ve found my place for the rest of my career.

I joined the company by coincidence several years ago but hadn’t planned on staying long. It turned out to be an exciting company with new challenges around every corner, and it’s even helped me accelerate my growth as a leader by giving me many excellent opportunities. Now I’m hooked and excited to see what new challenges each day brings.

One of the values I think best represents Bally’s is the passion of the teams. Projects are held internally to a high standard, with individuals maintaining a sense of ownership within their own departments. This work environment allows people to really flourish, I feel comfortable talking to others across all departments and levels, not feeling restricted or nervous to ask questions. Feeling that your voice matters and is listened to not only allows me to feel part of the team but also builds the internal sense of ownership for a product. Working for Bally’s gives you the opportunity to truly make your mark in the industry!
