As a Performance Marketing Analyst at Bally’s Interactive, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising player acquisition campaigns, refining player retention strategies, and harnessing data to unveil growth opportunities. Join our marketing team and drive performance marketing efforts toward impactful conversions and seamless player journeys.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Craft insightful, concise, and impactful weekly dashboards and trading reports that comprehensively measure all marketing activities including internal and external influences to help inform strategic decision making.
  • Monitor and report on CRM activities by defining clear performance metrics to gauge effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously track competitor activity and industry trends to ensure our strategies stay innovative and ahead of the curve.
  • Lead the analysis of player behaviour, campaign performance, and website interactions to uncover actionable growth insights.
  • Establish and manage an evolving measurement framework covering key KPIs across Acquisition, CRM and Brand Marketing.
  • Utilise advanced techniques such as Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Incrementality Testing to evaluate marketing channel effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across the Acquisition and CRM teams to devise innovative performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Present data-backed recommendations to optimise player journeys, conversion rates, and overall gaming experiences.
  • Initiate A/B testing initiatives, scrutinize key metrics, and fine-tune campaigns for optimal acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Adapt strategies based on the latest trends in performance marketing, acquisition, and CRM techniques.
  • Effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to internal teams and external partners.
  • Use relevant data to guide decisions - such as marketing performance data, customer and market research and industry reporting

And what are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing analyst role
  • You’ll be a great communicator and storyteller, able to effectively convey data insights to teams and senior stakeholders and be comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues from across the business.
  • Showcase a track record in performance marketing analysis, with a focus on player acquisition and CRM trends.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in advanced measurement methods such as Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Incrementality Testing.
  • Exhibit the ability to dissect data, identify trends, and pinpoint growth opportunities for optimisation and conversion purposes.
  • Display a strategic mindset that merges quantitative analysis with creative ideation to shape impactful marketing strategies.
  • Showcase a passion for keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Possess expertise in utilising analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Similarweb, and Apptweak for insights extraction from extensive datasets.
  • Has used BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (not essential)
