Our Sportsbook team lives and breathes Sport, whether that’s the global appeal of the Premier League, World Cup, NBA or Wimbledon, or events taking place local to our brands.
The team is focused on giving customers a fantastic sporting experience whenever they come to one of our sites, with tasks including management of the website, creating engaging CRM and Promotions, and generally looking for fun and interesting ways to bring new customers in. We are always brainstorming new ideas and initiatives and operate with a very open dialogue both between the team and across the many departments we work closely with. Finally, we love nothing more that getting together for a good lunch or drinks to celebrate our regular achievements.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Owning the day-to-day management of the Sportsbook website, inc. uploading & scheduling of marketing banners, content & menus
  • Maintaining and executing a communications calendar and assisting in multichannel campaigns, promotions and collaborations
  • Providing input and knowledge about local sport and news & regular competitor and industry research
  • Assisting in identifying & pricing of local events/specials that are not offered through normal trading feeds
  • Assisting in the setup of bonuses and promotions across acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Working with analytics teams to investigate market trends to obtain insights on customers betting patterns & improve revenue
  • Assisting in the relationship between Sportsbook team and the Sportsbook provider as well as CRM, Content, Affiliates, Brand and other internal teams
  • Supporting and assisting all operational teams with Sportsbook matters, including the Customer Support team in resolving customer queries
  • Championing the Sportsbook product throughout the business
  • Assisting in training and onbaording of new starters/departments
  • Contributing to to product development and product testing to improve customer experience

And what are we looking for?

  • Great communication skills in Japanese, but written & spoken
  • Demonstrate good time management, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills
  • Have great attention to detail and a passion for problem solving
  • Able to work on own initiative and in a team
