Well, what about the team?

Reporting to the VP Product - Core Player Experience, you will lead within our CPE Product Domain to create elevated Product experiences for our customers. You will have the responsibility to drive the Product Strategy while you demonstrate considerable expertise in delivering products which bring a positive return on investment. You will be expected to work with the VP to take business goals, statements or problems and contribute to defining a Product Vision & Strategy through themes and initiatives.

So, what will you be doing?

• Contributing to the development of the product vision for the Core Player Experience domain
• Building a great understanding of CPE: Onboarding, Support, Payments, Player Account & Wallet, Regulation, RG, Native Experience
• Engaging with teams across the business to understand and buy into the future of Core Player Experience
• Articulating and communicating the product vision clearly
• Leading Product Managers, inspiring the team and applying key principles to drive excellence in a rewarding environment
• Connecting Product Management to Product Ownership, maintaining efficient ways of working from initial vision through to delivery

And what are we looking for?

• Experience of Product Management at a senior level, knowledge of real money gaming products being a bonus
• Experience building product visions and converting those into a deliverable product strategy
• Possess a solid understanding of commercial needs and how the vision ties in to our strategic ambitions
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to build key relationships within the business
• Experience working alongside Product Delivery, ensuring features and initiatives are delivered to business expectations
• Be able to navigate through all complexities to deliver best in class experiences to our customers
