Well, what about the team?

The Team purpose is to build a Marketing Operations centre of excellence which enables efficiencies and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reduces waste on effort and improves revenue.

The platform ops division of the Marketing Operations business unit is fundamental to how marketing requirements are translated effectively into the Marketing Platform and overall continued development and optimisations into the marketing platform.

This role focuses on maintaining and developing our Marketing tech stack, ranging across a wide range of tracking and tag management platforms, supporting our Performance Marketing teams to gain better and more granular visibility of their advertising performances and conversions.

This role will support our existing Marketing Platform Manager, focusing on our online portfolio of brands across the UK, ES and North America territories.

This role requires a highly-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic team member with an ability to execute tasks on their own initiative.  The platform operator is a certified specialist in the Martech platform and collaborating with product, marketing and data will build the centre of excellence, governance and processes with the team manager. This will be the foundation to which all marketing teams will reference and follow when building campaigns.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Lead in the campaign template developments against marketing requirements from campaign operations into new technology, utilising the full capabilities in a smart and agile way to delivery campaigns
  • Main administrator of MarTech Platform understanding the technical capabilities and limitations and feeding into the MarTech roadmap
  • Point of contact for system support - 1st to 3rd line and troubleshooting
  • Lead in the tailored training and onboarding of marketing executives to the tool and how to use it
  • Braze platform front end capability configuration including workspace management, IPs and subdomain config, APIs and data/events usability
  • Stack interconnectivity management
  • Documentation of all processes configured in the platform keeping it up to date
  • Delivering against governance and processes
  • Maintaining and evolving existing tracking martech for web and native apps (UK/ES/North America) (i.e.: tealium/appsflyer/funnel.io)
  • Auditing & Management of the granular aspect of our tag management set up to enable meaningful data capture and accurate reporting
  • Support integration between Tealium and 3rd party platforms (Google Analytics/Floodlight integration/facebook audiences and server to server APIs)
  • Account relationships management with platforms providers to ensure our platform usage is within the commercial agreements and that we make the best out of our existing tooling
  • Support for updating and testing implementations when vendors/publishers update their products or when our requirements change (i.e.: CAPI & server to server integrations)
  • Support and QA on new venture launches for all tracking and acquisition data integration pipelines

And what are we looking for?

Essential

  • Proven working experience with Tealium IQ and Tealium AudienceStream (managing libraries, creating extensions, load rules, tag mapping, audience management) 
  • Proven experience with Appsflyer, Funnel.io or similar platforms 
  • Experience with integrating web and apps Marketing Tech such as web experimentation tools, fraud detection, web analytics, generic conversion tags
  • Applied experience with setting up marketing channels tracking and attribution methodologies including display advertising, PPC, SEO, social media, email, etc
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid-remote team 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-discipline marketing team

Desired

  • Experience with reporting on analytics data and other marketing KPIs using Data visualisation suites like Google Data Studio or similar
  • Comfortable with JavaScript/HTML/CSS editing 
  • You are an Organizer and Planner
  • You have the ability to work at pace and manage multiple projects efficiently & effectively
  • You are highly motivated and proactive individual with a passion for data driven marketing 
  • You are data focused, and ROI driven with strong analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
