Well, what about the team?

The Team purpose is to build a Marketing Operations centre of excellence which enables efficiencies and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reduces waste on effort and improves revenue. The Analytics Operations executive is primarily responsible for supporting Marketing and Dev teams to understand audiences, enhance their digital user experience, and increase their online conversions. The Analytics Operations executive will support the maintenance and implementation of web analytics capabilities under the direction of the wider Marketing planning and capabilities department for our online portfolio of brands across the UK, EU and US territories.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Auditing & Management of our analytics tools to enable the capture of meaningful data and accurate reporting
  • Assisting Marketing Stakeholders and Product Owners in drafting KPIs requirements
  • Carrying out implementation of required tracking tags via tag management platforms (Tealium, GTM)
  • Working with web development teams and to implement tracking events & data layer requirements 
  • Development, maintenance & delivery of digital measurement dashboards for all stakeholder groups
  • Management of technical and commercial relationship with our analytics suppliers
  • Support migration from UA to GA4

And what are we looking for?

Essential:

  • experience implementing and customizing Web and App Analytics, such as Google Analytics or other web and app analytics software
  • working experience with Tealium IQ (managing libraries, creating extensions, load rules and tag mapping) 
  • Understanding of online marketing channels including display advertising, PPC, SEO, social media, email, etc.
  • Experience with reporting on analytics data and other marketing KPIs using Data visualisation suites like Google Data Studio or similar
  • Experience with integrating web analytics reporting capabilities for web experimentation tools such as Google Optimize, Oracle Maxymiser, Optimizely, etc...
  • Understanding of website design and usability principles 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team 

Desirable:

  • SQL & Big Query experience
  • Comfortable with JavaScript/HTML/CSS editing
  • Organisation and Planning
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple projects efficiently & effectively
  • A highly motivated, proactive individual with a passion for data driven marketing 
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator 
  • Data focused, and ROI driven with strong analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Strong team player
