Well, what about the role?

As a Senior Brand & PR Manager, you will be the driving force behind shaping our brand identity and managing our sponsorships & public relations initiatives. Your role is pivotal in creating a strong brand presence, establishing positive relationships with stakeholders, and driving strategic communication efforts. This position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of branding, PR strategies, and the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Define and develop the brand strategy aligned with business goals and market trends ostensibly via sponsorships (including brand ambassadors, social media influencers etc) and impactive PR
  • Day-to-day management of the ongoing brand campaigns demonstrating dynamism and passion to achieve stand out
  • Ensure brand campaigns are integrated across the Marketing Team’s activities
  • Manage the day- to-day agency relationships – creative and media
  • Working with Insight team to monitor brand health and identify opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all customer touch-points
  • Production and upkeep of brand and campaign guidelines
  • Manage PR activity where required
  • Collaborte with marketing, content, and other teams to align brand and PR efforts with overall business objectives

And what are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
