So, what will you be doing?

  • Developing compelling, effective rewards and marketing tools to support our marketing strategy
  • Contributing to management of the rewards and marketing tools backlog and roadmap
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure rewards & marketing tools strategies are understood and delivered
  • Working with product owners, development teams and subject matter experts to develop creative solutions to business challenges
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of initiatives for the rewards and marketing teams
  • Identifying opportunities to evolve our rewards and marketing tools

And what are we looking for?

  • Have experience in a product or marketing related role
  • Have knowledge of rewards or product marketing tools such as loyalty systems, tournament engines, bonusing etc
  • Have experience working in online casino
  • Have experience with project support tools such as JIRA and monday.com
  • Able to work on own initiative and in a team
  • Able to translate requests and business requirements into actionable tasks for the team
  • Have great attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
