The Role

Bally’s Interactive/Monkey Knife Fight is seeking a strategic and conceptual Senior Designer with clear marketing strengths and a love for sports. This person will play an integral role in the creation of brand marketing and performance marketing campaigns. They will bring forth big ideas informed by company goals and will translate ideas effectively across all marketing channels. The Senior Designer will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the brand’s content.


What You Will Do:

  • Works directly with our marketing department to develop conceptual ideas and themes for Monkey Knife Fight’s Daily Fantasy Sports Sports Gaming product
  • Establish look-and-feel for all channels including Broadcast, Digital, Paid, Social, Affiliate, Content, Brand Handbook, out-of-home, and email
  • Develop ideas for online and offline promotions, brand experiences, and activations
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and third-party designers 
  • Work with product team to ensure consistency across product and marketing efforts
  • Establish a real player connection to build relationships with Monkey Knife Fight’s target audience
  • Proactively develop creative concepts which  establish Monkey Knife Fight as an innovative and compelling market leader for online sports gaming 


About You:

The ideal candidate will be creative and confident, proactively developing new concepts and creative materials. They will lead cross-departmental design ideation efforts for user experience improvements, brand definition, and marketing campaigns. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with excellent visual and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital, experiental, and social marketing 
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced live sports environment
  •  A sports fan and fantasy sports enthusiast
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite
  • Portfolio with wide range of outstanding designs
