Everyone has a voice

From inclusion surveys and unconscious bias training to internal global employee networks and engagement initiatives, we seek to understand the needs, and hear the voices, of all our employees.

We were over the moon to see how some of these initiatives were already paying off with the results of our 2022 employee survey- The Bally’s Voice. An overwhelming majority of Bally’s Interactive employees felt free to be true to themselves at work and valued the company’s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
