The global Candidate Experience team recently gathered in London for a week filled with team building, learning, and unforgettable experiences 🌍.
It was an incredible opportunity to welcome colleagues from Toronto, Malta, and Stoke, all working toward a shared mission: creating exceptional candidate journeys at every touchpoint.
From thought-provoking workshops to team activities that brought out their competitive sides, the week was about much more than strategies; it was about truly connecting as a team. They kicked things off with the 16Personalities assessment, which sparked deep discussions on their unique working styles and perspectives. Understanding each other’s strengths and communication styles opened new ways for the team to collaborate more effectively.
Here are a few highlights that brought out their creativity and team spirit:
🎲 Life-Size Monopoly Challenge: Picture a team of dedicated professionals, each strategizing and negotiating to secure properties. This real-life Monopoly game tested their problem-solving skills in real time, bringing tons of laughs (and yes, a bit of friendly competition).
🎨 Paint & Unwind Session: Organized by the incredible GLOW (Global League of Women) network, this session allowed team members to tap into their artistic sides, relax, and bond through shared creativity.

This trip was also a reminder that while virtual tools keep teams connected, there’s no substitute for the impact of face-to-face collaboration.
