Guiding You Through Bally’s Hiring Process: Daria’s Tips and Insights

-

Although it can sometimes feel like taking a new step in your career is a roll of the dice, here at Bally’s, we’re all about making sure your recruitment journey is smooth, exciting, and supportive. Today, we’re thrilled to hand over the mic to Daria, our Senior Candidate Experience Manager based in London—so buckle up and enjoy the ride!

Your Guides Through the Ballyverse—The Candidate Experience Team
Some places call this group the “recruitment team” or “talent acquisition.” Not us! At Bally’s, our Candidate Experience Team is all about making your journey as unique as the talents and ambitions you bring.

“From your first click on the application, we’re here to make things clear, friendly, and welcoming,” Daria says.

What Will Your Interview Look Like?
Intro Call (20–45 minutes): Your Candidate Experience representative will use this time to discuss your background, skills, and what you’re looking for in your next role, as well as answer any questions you might have about the position and the company.
Hiring Manager Call (1 hour): You’ll meet the Hiring Manager who you’ll likely be reporting to in this role. This is your chance to discuss your qualifications and background. It’s also a good time to learn more about the team and the role.
Technical Assignment: If required for the role, you may be assigned a task to perform during the interview or given an assignment to complete in advance and present to the panel. All details will be shared in your confirmation email.
Final Stage (30 minutes – 1 hour): This stage isn’t required for every role, but if it’s part of your interview process, you’ll have the chance to meet with additional stakeholders. Management candidates may have the opportunity to meet team members.

A Process That’s All About You
Daria’s team takes the time to truly get to know you—your goals, your experiences, and what you hope to accomplish. At Bally’s, you’re seen as more than just a resume. Daria highlights that while technical skills matter, what’s just as important is:
Your Passion: What do you love about your work? What excites you about this role?
Your Purpose: How do you see yourself adding value to this team? What kind of impact do you think you can make?
Your Potential: How do you want to learn and grow in your next role? How can your skills and experience flourish at Bally’s?

What Can You Expect After the Interview
No one likes to be left hanging, especially when it comes to career moves. That’s why Daria’s team keeps you in the loop every step of the way. With regular updates and honest feedback, you’ll always know where things stand, making each stage a little easier and more exciting. Our commitment doesn’t end with a simple “yes” or “no.” Whether you’re selected or not, we believe in giving feedback that you can actually use—supporting your growth and helping you take away something valuable from the experience. Your success is our success, and we’re genuinely invested in making this chapter in your career a great one!
