This year, Ellen, one of our Candidate Experience Partners, took advantage of Flexiblock to recharge at home during the holiday season for the second year in a row. Reflecting on the experience, Ellen shared: “Those weeks were exactly what I needed to reset and recharge.”
Ellen is using her Flexiblock to slow down after an eventful year, prioritizing her well-being while continuing to stay productive. Mornings start with long walks with her dog, while evenings offer the chance to enjoy activities she doesn’t always have time for, like fitness classes or simply relaxing on the sofa.
“I love having the freedom to decide how to spend my time each day,” she explains. “Some days, I enjoy the extra rest, and on others, I make the most of my usual commute time to head to the gym or catch up with family and friends.” Many of our employees are now following Ellen’s lead, using Flexiblock to take a well-deserved break during the festive season.
