It’s been a busy few weeks at our Manchester office, where we recently opened a brand-new floor to accommodate our team!
Opened at the end of last month, our new space boasts a large open plan, as well as a few quiet nooks perfect for putting in some focus time or meeting with colleagues. We believe that the opportunity to get together and collaborate is one of our most invaluable strengths! Giving our teams a great space to come together on their in-office days and be All One Team just makes sense.
Let’s face it, we all work better on a full stomach. That’s why our new space in Manchester also includes an additional kitchen and dining area. Always happy to help out, the team were very quick to give both new facilities a good test with a delicious celebratory spread coordinated by the amazing facilities team.
At Bally’s Interactive, we encourage everyone to Find Your Fun, and this was the perfect opportunity to make space for fun in our workday. The new floor is kitted out to feature a games area, including table tennis, shuffleboard, and even a pinball machine. It took about 5 minutes before the first table tennis tournament had been organised and we’re very keen to see who becomes the reigning office champion!
This celebration was the perfect time for our colleagues in Manchester to deliver some newly-released Bally’s merchandise. New hoodies and laptop sleeves were hot off the presses and ready to be handed out, along with a few extras like iron-on patches and lanyards. It’s great to see the team wearing them around the office and taking that Bally’s spirit out into the world with them.
With a new space comes new opportunities, and we can’t wait to see what kind of creativity and innovation will come from our teams working together.
