Well, what about the team?

We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to take our market leading products to the next level and bring success aligned to strategic ambition, as set out by the Board & the Executive team. The Sports product domain focuses on the foundations of our Sportsbook products, an offering which we want to continue to be a key player in the market that delights and thrills our players! You will also getting involved with our Core Player Experience product domain, which focuses on the foundations of our products, critical to the success of the business. Leading the way on delivering for our external and internal customers, areas include Onboarding & Access, Help & Support, Payments & Wallet, Regulation, Responsible Gambling & Native Experience.

You will take ownership of one or more team backlogs and provide clear and value driven direction to your teams. You will work closely alongside dedicated colleagues, primarily in Design, Product Management and Technology to deliver best in class experiences to the customer.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Excelling in maintaining a well-ordered, transparent product backlog
  • Engaging Product Management and other stakeholders to manage expectations / order in which features will be delivered
  • Expressing each backlog item to the team and collaborate to refine each item to a ready state
  • Breaking down complex requirements into clear, understandable requirements and stories
  • Using your understanding of software delivery, inspiring high performance in your teams
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies and any other workshops or meetings required to support your team

And what are we looking for?

  • Understand Product Owner processes, with experience working with technology focussed projects
  • Demonstrate knowledge of agile delivery processes / frameworks
  • Be able to produce clear, consumable documentation
  • Be able to drive a successful team ethic and show excellent communication skills
  • Have an analytical mind, great attention to detail and a passion for problem solving
  • Be able to navigate through all complexities to deliver best in class experiences to our customers
