Performance Marketing is that area of the business that looks after digital user acquisition. What we do is to optimize existing channels and constantly look for innovative ways to send new users to our site and get them to register.

Thinking out of the box, innovation and attention to details are crucial to keep improving on the existing channels and finding new solutions to test.
In order to be able to correctly track how each channel is contributing to driving value, we leverage our Martech team that is looking after tracking and correct channel attribution.
When you combine all of this together, the result is an acquisition strategy that goes from the top to the bottom of the acquisition funnel, with accurate measurement and efficient budget allocation focused on ROI maximisation.
So, what will you be doing?
- Email Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns targeting various audience segments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Insights, Data & Product to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Campaign Planning and Scheduling: Create detailed campaign plans, outlining objectives, target segments, messaging, creative assets, and timelines. Maintain a marketing calendar to coordinate and schedule email campaigns effectively.
- Audience Segmentation: Develop actionable strategies to activate email audiences. Implement targeted offers, promotions, and personalized content based on audience segmentation.
- Data Analysis and Segmentation: Utilize customer data and analytics to identify high-potential segments for email targeting. Continuously refine segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Email Automation: Implement and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey. Monitor and optimize automation performance regularly.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on email elements (subject lines, CTAs, content) to optimize campaign performance. Analyze results and apply insights to future campaigns.
- Compliance and Deliverability: Ensure all email campaigns adhere to relevant regulations (e.g. CAN-SPAM) and best practices to maintain high deliverability rates.
Reporting and Insights: Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights. Present findings to stakeholders and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making. - Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align email marketing initiatives with broader acquisition and retention strategies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and promotions.
And what are we looking for?
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Performance Marketing.
Proven track record in an operational acquisition marketing role with a focus on email audience activation. - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Adobe, Braze, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization of email campaigns.
- Solid project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintainn high-quality standards in email content and delivery.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
