Well, what about the team?
We’re looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team at Bally’s Interactive, to lead a team of UX/UI professionals for our iGaming products.
Our design team is made up of UX Researchers, Project Managers and a group of highly skilled and passionate UX/UI Designers organized into multiple product domains. You will lead the iGaming domain, delivering industry-leading experiences whilst working closely with the leads from other domains to ensure our customers receive a unified and consistent experience at every touch point. You'll work with numerous stakeholders, including User Research & Technical Delivery teams to deliver experiences our players love/
So, what will you be doing?
- Working in an efficient, aligned and commercially driven manner to produce amazing design work alongside your team
- Ensuring design systems are maintained and user research & data considered in you and your teams creations
- Working closely with development teams to ensure builds are reviewed throughout to meet our pixel perfect standards
- Leading and mentoring your team members to high performance, ensuring your standards are always high and consistent
- Being an expert and advocate of the processes the team operates within
- Partnering with other members of UX/UI Leadership to continue to drive the function forward
And what are we looking for?
- Experience in product design from UX to UI, knowledge of real money gaming products is a bonus
- Demonstrate significant experience of an end to end design role, showcasing superb stakeholder management skills
- Display exceptional proficiency in utilising Figma to deliver design work
- Possess a deep appreciation for the significance of organisations, design systems and libraries
- Have an eye for competitor insight, sharing industry knowledge with your team
- Experience mentoring and leading other team members to high performance, providing guidance and regular feedback
