Well, what about the team?
The purpose of the Customer Strategy and Go-to-Market team is to: Develop a Customer Plan with clear strategies for growth from a rich understanding of our venture performance, customers, competitors, and the environment in which we operate as a business. This plan will drive the growth agenda of the Marketing & Operations Teams. Lead the development of a quarterly plan and work with rest of Marketing to deliver powerful and joined up customer facing activity.
So, what will you be doing?
- Leading the cross-functional development of the Customer Strategy
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Analysing our customers and competitors customers
- Developing and owning the overall customer calendar
- Writing quarterly brief for all Marketing Stakeholders
And what are we looking for?
- Be a commercial marketer who understands the commercials that drive revenue and profit
- Be experienced in developing strategies for commercial and customer growth
- Be very comfortable with numbers and analysing and tracking results
- Be able to use insights intensely to fuel strategy and measure success
- Have a good understanding of all marketing levers including; CRM, Product, Comm
- Somebody with consultancy or agency experience
