In the Customer Due Diligence & Fraud team, you will find a group of individuals with excellent critical thinking skills, capable of meticulous analysis and a high degree of technical knowhow. If you are the right candidate, you’ll be highly process driven with an eye for detail, but flexible enough to think on your feet when you need to.

So, what will you be doing?
- Defining and implementing the Interactive AML and Risk strategy.
- Evaluating processes and controls to understand how they can be strengthened.
- Working very closely with the compliance team and Senior Manager.
- Working very closely with KYC, Payments, and Customer Support teams.
- Providing regular business updates on the performance of the function and highlight any changes in risk profile.
- Leading, mentoring and developing the AML, Fraud and Risk Team
- Keeping required training current for all team members on the operations team.
And what are we looking for?
- Possess leadership skills.
- Demonstrate ability to think critically.
- Able to manage critical incidents with a sense of urgency to drive resolution as quickly as possible.
- Be able to flex and adapt in a fast-moving environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Demonstrate experience in management of operation teams.
- Demonstrate experience in working within on-line Risk/AML/Payments.

Salary Range - $90,000 - $100,000 DOE
