We are looking for KYC Analysts to join our growing KYC Team! The selected person will be reporting to one of the Risk & Fraud team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the Risk team to review documentation sent in by customers in accordance with regulations and internal processes
  • Maintaining a full working knowledge of all functions within the KYC flow
  • Think outside of the box and constantly provide relevant feedback on how existing processes and tools can be improved
  • Ensure a good customer experience through the entire lifecycle by completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Assess potential high-risk accounts and conduct additional account checks when necessary, ensuring to escalate to the relevant team through the appropriate channels.
  • Ensure you are aware of any regulatory or market changes affecting your role
  • Regularly liaise with other departments and professionally handle any escalations
  • Ensure departmental targets around KYC performance and customer experience are met or exceeded as well as working on your personalized goals on an ongoing basis
  • Assist in any other ad hoc Customer KYC / Due Diligence related tasks and processes as requested by the team leads.

Desirable requirements:

  • An interest in the gaming industry (sportsbook, gaming, poker)
  • Experience working within an office environment

You should be resilient and approachable with the ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset who’s willing to contribute to our growing team.

Working Hours: 08:00-16:00 or 12:00-20:00, rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
