The Role

This role is focused on delivering end-to-end Digital Campaigns to drive engagement across Bally Interactive Sports Betting brands within our Performance Marketing team. You will be a key contributor to planning, execution and campaign performance across multiple digital channels focused on driving ROI in our marketing campaigns. The team has access to internal User Acquisition teams organized by channel functions that you will work alongside in the setting up of campaigns, continuous optimization of key channels and P&L management to budget.


What You Will Do

Primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of key Affiliates and Partners:

  • Daily review of campaign dashboards, highlighting changes in trends to the wider team
  • Make daily optimization and campaign recommendations across all Performance Marketing activities
  • Consistently monitor key competitors in markets and use analysis for our campaign recommendations
  • Manage campaign design briefing
  • Responsible for invoicing, payments and financial reconciliations and feeding these into budget tracking and marketing projections
  • Key contributor in marketing strategy planning with all external agencies and partners
  • Key contributor on new state launches

Collaboratively responsible for the performance of Paid Media and Search Channels:

  • Heavily involved with buying, renegotiation of rates, renewing or cancelling media placements and other adverting programs
  • Ensure promotions are up-to-date and accurate and messaging is consistent throughout campaigns. Responsible for maintaining these with the relevant regulators
  • Conduct competitor Analysis
  • Maintain creative and message testing roadmaps
  • Continuously assess and recommending new digital marketing opportunities

Desired Skills

  • Enthusiastic knowledge of the online gaming and sports betting market
  • Hands-on experience with Ad Serving, Demand Side Buying Platforms and Digital Analytics, e.g. Google Marketing Platform
  • Knowledge of/experience in media buys, bid optimization and tenancy deals
  • Experience working with different reporting platforms with ability to create and manipulate data sets
