The Role

We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our highly successful marketing team and help us deliver increasingly higher profit via the organic search results. This will cover both websites and apps (ASO). Ventures you will work on include Virgin Games, Jackpotjoy, Monopoly Casino, Rainbow Riches Casino, Botemania and more.

This is very important role with huge scope for impact on our performance and your personal development. Overall, Bally’s are committed to training their staff to be the best that they can be in their field.

To be successful in this role you should be experienced in best practice SEO techniques and tools, have excellent analytical skills and be great at problem-solving.



  • Perform regular SEO audits on our websites to identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability of the channel
  • Coordinate audit optimisation actions with the content & development teams
  • Monitor implementation of best-practice guidelines as well as indexability and SEO health status across our portfolio of brands
  • Assisting with the implementation of the site authority strategy
  • Assisting with the App Search Optimisation for multiple ventures to maximise their rankings
  • Monitor and report from tooling such as Search Console, SEMRUSH, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, to address and inform on rankings, CTR and conversion opportunities
  • Maintain and update the SEO channel performance reports. Also utilise these to help spot top line trends and opportunities.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with our SEO agencies
  • Liaising with the PPC team to help identify cross channel opportunities
  • Handling Purchase Orders and Invoices related to SEO


Desired Knowledge and Understanding:

  • At least 6 months commercial SEO experience 
  • A degree in digital marketing or a similar field
  • Must be comfortable with analysing numbers and datasets
  • Knowledge of search history, search engine ranking algorithms updates and how rankings are influenced by onsite and off-site activities
  • Applied experience with MS Excel & Similar tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • High attention to detail
